Filter reset doesn’t work on App or device
I bought this air purifier in July of 23 and did exchange the hepa filter today for the first time. I was in for a bad surprise and very disappointed when I noticed that the filter life reset button neither works on the machine itself, nor does the reset button on the app work. The Smart Life app’s help center is useless for this problem. No matter what purifier related question you ask, when you go into the help center from within the Priestley device, it gives you answers related to problems with a router. Even though I have brand new filters in, the app shows a filter life left of 20%.This basically means you can’t check the filter life anymore after you replaced the filter for the first time.I am really disappointed with the Priestley air purifier. I didn’t expect it not to work correctly after less than a year.Wouldn’t buy it again.

This filter works amazingly. It has two filters on the sides, which increases the amount of air it can take it without the need to increase air pressure, so essentially, it's quieter than most while cleaning the air effectively.
The filters are located in the bottom (need to remove plastic wrap), and easy to install. With two filters, you get a large surface area for the compact size of this air purifier. The price of filters are normal, and not too expensive. It's currently $27 for the two filters.
So far, this functions well and is easy to use. The app is also great feature to have, especially if you don't want to manually walk up to the air purifier each time - such as laying down in bed and too lazy to move!
I'd definitely recommend this air purifier. It cleans the air well (visibly less dust and less visible sun rays through the window, meaning less particles in the air). One of the best features is how quiet this fan is. I'm assuming this is due to the two filters it has on the sides, so it doesn't have to funnel air as forcefully to get the same air to cycle through it as compared to other similarly sized units.
